Our Sales team is growing and we are looking for a Sale Team Leadre (Private Lable).

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute strategic plans to achieve sales targets
  • Define sales goals, ensure the fulfillment and a high-quality forecast
  • Create sales and marketing campaigns, analyze the achieved result
  • Build and maintain long-lasting, strong relationships with customers, attract new customers
  • Understand industry-specific trends and landscapes
  • Take full responsibility for the unit’s performance against targets

Requirements to be successful in this role:

We expect you to be a self-motivated, persuasive and charismatic individual, thrive in a fast-paced environment, and work well under the pressure of stringent deadlines.

  • 5+ years of experience in B2B sales
  • Strong leadership skills
  • Track record of delivering results
  • Strong analytical skills and critical thinking, ability to identify trends and sales patterns
  • Fluent English written and verbal.
