My HR client - Carlsberg Group is one of the world’s leading brewery groups with a strong presence across the Baltics. As the organization continues to strengthen its people strategy, we are looking for an experienced Compensation & Benefits Lead Baltic to join the regional Baltic People & Culture team and drive competitive, compliant, and business-aligned reward solutions.

This is a key expert role with regional impact, working closely with People & Culture, Finance, and senior stakeholders across Estonia, Latvia, and Lithuania.

Tavā atbildībā būs:

  • Lead and develop the Compensation & Benefits processes and team across the Baltics;
  • Act as a trusted partner to People & Culture team and department heads on total reward-related topics and decision-making;
  • Design, implement, and maintain salary structures, grading frameworks, bonus and incentive schemes together with benefit package;
  • Ensure governance, compliance, and consistency of compensation practices in line with Carlsberg Group guidelines, local best practices and external regulations;
  • Lead annual salary review processes, including budget planning, compensation analytics, benchmarking, and pay-for-performance execution across the Baltic organizations;
  • Drive continuous improvement, standardisation, and automation of C&B processes;
  • Provide regular and ad-hoc C&B analytics and forecasting to People & Culture, Finance, and Baltic or Group Leadership.

No Tevis sagaidam:

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human resources, Business Administration, Finance, Economics, or related field;
  • Proven experience (3+ years) in compensation, labour, tax and benefits, including regional or multi-country scope;
  • Experience in FMCG, pharmaceuticals, or fast-paced international environments strongly preferred;
  • Strong knowledge of job evaluation methodologies (e.g., Mercer, Hay and Figure Baltic);
  • Advanced Excel skills; experience with HRIS and analytics tools (preferably SAP SuccessFactors, Power BI);
  • Strong analytical mindset with attention to detail;
  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills;
  • High ethical standards and ability to handle sensitive information confidentially;
  • Fluency in Latvian and English (written and spoken); additional languages are a plus.
