The dedicated Kinetics Team invites Country sales manager  to join the Kinetics brand in Lithuanian market.

Main responsibilities:

  • Building long-term relationships and ensuring effective cooperation with customers;
  • Planning and implementation of sales promotion campaigns in accordance with brand marketing and sales strategy;
  • Provide regular customer (salon) visits, conduct brand presentations and training for customer sales staff;
  • Identify new business opportunities: provide market research, competitor analysis and prepare proposals for sales development;
  • Plan the work schedule of Kinetics Educator and coordinate activities;
  • To ensure a sufficient amount of goods in the distributor’s warehouse for the implementation of successful sales strategy  and sales campaign results;
  • Plan daily, weekly and monthly activities and sales, and provide timely reports.

Requirements for applicants:

  • Experience in direct sales at least 3 years;
  • Experience in the development and implementation of sales promotion and marketing campaigns, preferably in the cosmetics industry;
  • Excellent communication skills, ability to develop strong argumentation;
  • Strong logical and analytical thinking;
  • Experience in project management, ability to work  independently and coordinate  team work;
  • Good computer skills;
  • High sense of responsibility, accuracy and a positive attitude towards work and challenges;
  • Languages: Fluent Lithuanian, Russian and / or English language.
