We will entrust you with:

  • Leading the personnel selection process, interviewing potential employees, selecting and hiring employees;
  • Provision of personnel record keeping functions in accordance with the legislation of the Republic of Latvia;
  • Personnel management and monitoring and improvement of the work environment, employee visual image;
  • Leading the personnel selection process, interviewing potential employees, selecting and hiring employees;
  • Providing staff onboarding and organizing other training or development activities;
  • Preparation and submission of reports related to personnel management to the management team;
  • Control of staff working time records (sick leaves, overtime, night hours, etc.) and transfer to payroll accounting;
  • Caring for staff and resolving staffing issues;
  • Implementation of personnel management IT system.

We expect you to have:

  • Experience in personnel management 2 – 3 years, international experience will be considered an advantage;
  • Obtained higher or college education in personnel management or business management;
  • Good knowledge of the labor legislation of the Republic of Latvia and desirable knowledge of the GDPR;
  • Ability to adapt to change and desirable experience working with different cultures;
  • Organizer and project management skills;
  • Skills to plan your work effectively and work with a team;
  • Skills to evaluate priorities and fit into task schedules;
  • High precision and attention to detail;
  • Good skills in Latvian, Russian and English orally and in writing;
  • Good computer skills MS Office.
