Join to My HR client team as the Head of Sales

Responsibilities:

  • Design and implement strategic plans to reach sales targets;
  • Expand relations with customers to develop overall company sales performance;
  • Cultivate long lasting relations to improve business;
  • Prepare accurate budget and forecasting;
  • Provide sales planning and delivery;
  • Create and publish weekly, monthly, and quarterly sales goals and keep the management team apprised of progress;
  • Develop the company’s sales performance;
  • Promote and sell company’s product logistic platform;
  • Conduct profound market research by analyzing competitors and response to competitive changes;
  • Management, coordination and supervision of the work of sales team;
  • Oversee and plan the training of sales team;
  • Work closely with other departments to accelerate growth.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in sales in high growth company, experience in logistic field / logistic solutions and business development;
  • Team management experience minimum 3 years with a team at least 10 members;
  • Baltic market knowledge must be and Scandinavian market knowledge will be considered an advantage;
  • Possession of significant network and client portfolio;
  • Good business knowledge and strategic orientation;
  • Experience in sales organizational leadership;
  • Prior experience in improving sales efficiency, streamlining, unifying, systematization, quality improvement and team development;
  • Analytical, organizational and communication skills;
  • Highly motivated team player with strong leadership and negotiation skills;
  • Ability to systematically work with tasks in highly uncertain environment;
  • Ability to prioritize workload and work in tight deadlines;
  • Developed empathy and the ability to listen at a high level;
  • Ability to defend one’s point of view;
  • Proactive approach, ability to generate ideas;
  • Constant striving for self-development;
  • Emotional intelligence and a positive attitude.
