The company has been operating in the metalworking industry for over 20 years, providing full-cycle manufacturing services and high-quality solutions to international clients. We are currently looking for a Production Department Manager to join our team, someone who can not only achieve production results but is also passionate about team development!

3500 EUR to 5000 EUR gross per month

It will be your responsibility to:

Manage and organize the daily work of the production workshop, ensuring a safe working environment, and efficient and high-quality production of products.;
Develop the team, fostering employee engagement and professional growth;
Ensure the execution of the production plan, product quality, delivery deadlines, and efficient use of resources;
Coordinate with planning, quality, logistics, sales, and technical teams, ensuring timely execution of the production plan;
Implement LEAN principles and optimize production processes;
Quickly resolve production issues and lead employee meetings;
Participate in new product introductions and production process development projects.

We expect from you:

Engineering education;
Successful at least 3 years of experience in production management, preferably in metalworking, mechanical engineering, or industrial equipment manufacturing, working with both standard and individual customer orders;
At least 3 years of experience in team leadership (foremen, supervisors, technical staff, etc.);
We want experience in manufacturing custom orders and standard products.;
Experience in implementing LEAN principles in manufacturing;
Good knowledge of Latvian and English, Russian knowledge is desirable;
Analytical thinking, leadership qualities, and the ability to make independent decisions.
