It will be your responsibility to:

Develop and promote the building systems product group (insulated foundation and wall formwork, retaining walls, floor slabs, L-elements, auxiliary materials), seek improvements, and introduce new ideas.;
Actively attract new clients and maintain relationships with existing ones (B2B, builders, developers, private clients).;
Consult with clients and designers, offering technically sound and effective solutions;
Read projects, perform calculations, and prepare quotes (using Excel and AutoCAD);
Conduct and organize seminars, training sessions, and presentations for clients;
Monitor market trends and initiate product development in collaboration with the team.;
Plan and execute sales and marketing activities, as well as promote the growth of the product group.;
Collaborate with colleagues to achieve the best results.

We expect from you:

Specialists with higher technical education (preferably in construction engineering);
With sales experience (preferably in the construction or building materials sector);
With the ability to read blueprints, understand construction processes, and offer solutions;
With strong communication and presentation skills, and a desire to work with clients in person;
A true master of communication and persuasion, unafraid of new contacts;
A person who thinks in solutions, not problems;
With knowledge of Latvian, Russian, and English (English at least B1 level);
Computer skills - MS Office and at least basic knowledge of AutoCAD, as well as a Category B driver's license.
