It will be your responsibility to:

Plan, organize, and manage construction work on site;
Manage and coordinate the construction team and daily operational tasks;
Prepare, maintain, and manage construction documentation;
Organize the construction process in accordance with regulatory requirements and quality standards.;
Monitor compliance with occupational safety and fire safety requirements at the site.;
Plan and control daily work execution, ensuring deadlines are met;
Coordinate with clients, construction supervisors, and other parties involved in the project.

We expect from you:

Higher technical education;
Construction Manager Certificate (will be considered an advantage);
At least 3 years of experience in road construction management;
Knowledge of regulatory acts governing construction;
Good computer skills (MS Office, BIS), AutoCAD knowledge will be considered an advantage;
I can successfully organize teamwork and make independent decisions;
Good communication skills and the ability to maintain high work quality in a dynamic environment.;
High sense of responsibility, accuracy, and results-orientation.;
English language skills for communication with business partners will be considered an advantage.
