Competency interviews are in-depth structured conversations aimed at assessing a candidate's professional experience, skills and behavioural patterns. During the interview, 2-5 core competences are assessed, based on concrete examples from the candidate's work experience.

100 EUR + VAT for 1 hour of consultation.

Professional tests
